全龄友好视角下老旧小区共享空间更新设计策略研究——以滨州市无棣县为例
Research on the Renewal Design Strategy of Shared Space in Old Residential Areas from the Perspective of All-Age Friendliness—Taking Wudi County of Binzhou City as an Example

共享空间的建设反映了一座城市的空间福利供给和公平正义水平。全龄友好共享空间建设已经成为全球城市建设宜居化的重要趋势。在老旧小区居民人口构成全龄化的现状下，如何更新其共享空间以满足居民需求成为了亟待解决的问题。因此，本文以滨州市无棣县老城区老旧小区为例，通过现场调研、调查访谈等方式，对该小区居民的年龄构成和不同人群的空间需求进行了深入探究，分析其共享空间现存的问题。针对这些问题，提出以全龄友好为核心的共享空间更新设计策略。
The construction of shared space reflects the spatial welfare supply and fairness and justice level of a city. The construction of all-age friendly shared space has become an important trend in the livability of global urban construction. Under the current situation that the population composition of the old community is full-age, how to update its shared space to meet the needs of residents has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, this paper takes the old community in the old urban area of Wudi County, Binzhou City as an example. Through on-the-spot investigation, investigation and interview, the age composition of the residents in the community and the spatial needs of different groups are deeply explored, and the existing problems of the shared space are analyzed. In response to these problems, a shared space update design strategy with full-age friendliness as the core is proposed.
