对话式教学在小学数学课堂中的困境及对策研究

Abstract:
对话式教学作为一种教学方式,强调合作与生成,具有时代意义。本研究聚焦于小学数学课堂中对话式教学的运用现状,分析存在的问题,并提出相应的改进对策。研究发现,尽管对话式教学理念得到认可,但在实际应用中仍存在忽视学生主动对话、缺乏数学思想的对话、对话覆盖面小等问题。本文提出教师加强相关理论学习、提升对话素养、转变对话方式、引导学生参与,促进学生积极参与对话等优化建议,以期提高小学数学课堂的教学有效性。研究结果表明,通过改进师生对话机会、结构和关系,可以促进学生数学思维的建构和核心素养的生成,进而提高学生的沟通合作能力和自主学习能力。
As a teaching method, dialogue teaching emphasizes cooperation and generation, and has the significance of The Times. This research focuses on the current situation of dialogue teaching in primary school mathematics classroom, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures. It is found that although the concept of dialogue teaching is recognized, there are still problems of ignoring students’ active dialogue, lack of mathematical thought dialogue and small coverage. This paper puts forward optimization suggestions for teachers to strengthen relevant theoretical learning, improve dialogue literacy, change dialogue mode, guide students to participate, and promote students to actively participate in dialogue, in order to improve the teaching effectiveness of primary school mathematics classroom. The results show that by improving the dialogue opportunity, structure and relationship between teachers and students, it can promote the construction of students’ mathematical thinking and the generation of core literacy, and then improve students’ communication and cooperation ability and independent learning ability.
