少儿体育舞蹈教学多元化和实践探索的研究

在推进全面素质教育的过程中，体育舞蹈可以将运动美和艺术美完美结合，对少儿具有多种促进作用，可以帮助少儿养成正确的身体姿势，促进个性全面发展，进一步提高少儿的社会适应能力和审美能力。通过实施一系列针对性的策略，可以有效地推动校园体育舞蹈的发展，促进素质教育的全面实施。本文主要采用了文献资料法，研究了多元化教学组织在教学内容、方法和组织形式上的应用，证实了其能提升少儿体育舞蹈兴趣、创新教学方法、促进身心健康发展等多重效果。参考过往研究，拓展多元化实施方向，为少儿体育舞蹈教学提供多元化的发展，促进体育舞蹈教学的进步。
In the process of promoting comprehensive quality education, sports dance can perfectly combine the beauty of sports and the beauty of art, and has a variety of promoting effects on children, which can help children develop correct body posture, promote the comprehensive development of personality, and further improve children’s social adapt-ability and aesthetic ability. Through the implementation of a series of targeted strategies, we can effectively promote the development of campus sports dance and promote the full implementation of quality education. This paper mainly adopts the literature data method to study the application of diversified teaching organizations in teaching content, methods and organizational forms, and proves that it can promote children’s interest in sports dance, innovate teaching methods, and promote physical and mental health development. Reference to the past research, we expand the diversified implementation direction, provide diversified development for children’s sports dance teaching, and promote the progress of sports dance teaching.
