非遗外宣视域下彝族《赛玻嫫》英译与传播研究
Research on the English Translation and Communication of Seventh Sister and the Serpent: A Narrative Poem of the Yi People from the Perspective of Intangible Cultural Heritage Publicity

《赛玻嫫》是云南双柏县彝族的宝贵文化遗产，也是云南省省级非物质文化遗产。经美国学者马克·本德尔翻译，该长篇叙事诗享誉海外。对《赛玻嫫》译介进行研究旨在加强彝族长篇叙事诗的外宣，讲好中国故事，激发人们对彝族非遗文化的保护和传承，提升民族自信心和文化国际话语权。从外宣视域提出非物质文化遗产外宣须遵循的目的性原则、受众中心原则和文化认同原则。
Seventh Sister and the Serpent: A Narrative Poem of the Yi People is a precious cultural heritage of the Yi ethnic group in Shuangbai County, Yunnan Province, and it is also listed as a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage of Yunnan Province. Translated by American scholar Mark Bender, this epic narrative poem has gained international acclaim. The study of the translation and introduction of Seventh Sister and the Serpent: A Narrative Poem of the Yi People aims to enhance the publicity of the Yi ethnic long narrative poetry, to tell Chinese stories well, to inspire people’s protection and inheritance of Yi intangible cultural heritage, and to boost national confidence and cultural international discourse power. From the perspective of publicity, it proposes that the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage should follow the principles of purpose-oriented principle, readers-centered principle, and cultural identity principle.
