齐鲁文化仁政思想与当代善治研究
Qilu Culture Thought of Benevolent Government and Contemporary Good Governance Research

齐鲁文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分，在中国文化和文明发展史上占据重要地位，这些丰厚的传统文化蕴含了中庸尚和的和合思想、仁者爱人的人道思想及民为邦本的民本思想，而这些思想理念已经超越时代和地域、国家和种族的界限，具有极强的普世性，具有深厚的历史底蕴和思想内涵。通过挖掘齐鲁文化的内在精神，探究齐鲁文化的时代价值，对于回应“发挥齐鲁文化资源丰富优势”、“培育新时期山东精神”具有重要意义。在当前学术界，对齐文化和鲁文化的研究主要集中在“人本主义”、“仁爱精神”、“礼仪规范”和“道德价值”四个方面。本文旨在从“人本主义”和“仁爱精神”两个角度出发，探究齐文化和鲁文化中的仁政思想对现代善治研究的启示并进行阐述。
Qilu culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture, occupying an important position in the history of Chinese culture and civilization, the rich traditional culture embodies mean and harmonious thoughts, benevolence lover humanitarian thoughts and people-oriented thought, and these ideas have beyond the era and the boundaries of region, country and race, with strong universal, with profound historical background and ideological connotation. By excavating the inner spirit of Qilu culture and exploring the historical value of Qilu culture, it is of great significance to respond to “giving play to the rich advantages of Qilu cultural resources” and “cultivating the spirit of Shandong in the new period”. In the current academic circle, the research on Qi culture and Lu culture mainly focuses on four aspects: “humanism”, “benevolence spirit”, “etiquette norms” and “moral value”. This paper aims to explore the enlightenment and elaboration of the thought of benevolence in Qi culture and Lu culture to the study of modern good governance from the perspective of “humanism” and “benevolence spirit”.
