房地产企业营运资金管理分析——以B集团为例

Abstract:
营运资金的精细化管理可保障企业日常现金运转，降低营运风险，从而提高企业的营运能力和盈利能力。本文以B集团为例，选取2018年~2022年的数据，根据企业的营运资金管理现状，对相关指标进行分析，探究B集团在营运资金管理上仍存在的不足之处，并给出相应的建议，为B集团的营运资金管理提供有参考价值的建议。
The refined management of working capital can protect the daily cash operation of the enterprise and reduce the operating risk, so as to improve the operating capacity and profitability of the enterprise. This paper takes Group B as an example, selects the data from 2018 to 2022, analyses the relevant indexes according to the current situation of the enterprise’s working capital management, explores the deficiencies that still exist in Group B’s working capital management, and gives the corresponding suggestions to provide reference value suggestions for Group B’s working capital management.
