随着高校毕业生数量的逐年增加，人才的供需矛盾日益凸显，高校的就业指导工作面临巨大挑战，就业问题已成为社会关注的焦点。因此，探索并解决高校就业中的问题，采取针对性措施，有效推动高校就业工作的进展，妥善处理青年大学生的就业问题，不仅关系到大学生的未来发展，也直接影响着社会的稳定与进步。本文以大学生为研究对象，分析新时代背景下大学生就业困境现状，并提出切实可行的解决措施。
As the number of college graduates increases year by year, the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents is becoming more and more prominent. The employment guidance work of colleges is facing great challenges, and the employment problem has become the focus of social attention. Therefore, exploring and solving the problems in college employment, adopting targeted measures, effectively promoting the progress of college employment work, and properly handling the employment problems of young college students are not only related to the future development of college students, but also directly affect the stability and progress of society. This paper takes college students as the research object, analyzes the current situation of college students’ employment dilemma in the context of the new era, and puts forward practical measures to solve the problem.
