浅析国际投资法中环境保护条款
|
Abstract:
随着全球经济的发展和环境问题的日益凸显，国际投资法中的环境保护条款逐渐受到重视。本文旨在深入分析国际投资法中环境保护条款的现状、存在的问题，并提出相应的完善建议。通过对相关国际公约、双边投资协定和仲裁案例的研究，揭示环境保护与国际投资之间的复杂关系，以期为国际投资法在环境保护方面的发展提供有益的参考。
With the development of the global economy and the increasingly prominent environmental problems, the environmental protection clauses in international investment law have gradually received attention. This article aims to deeply analyze the current situation and existing problems of environmental protection clauses, and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions. Through the study of relevant international conventions, bilateral investment agreements and arbitration cases, it reveals the complex relationship between environmental protection and international investment, in order to provide a useful reference for the development of international investment law in the aspect of environmental protection.
