论哈贝马斯商谈理论对价值多元问题的解决
On Habermas’ Negotiation Theory to Solve the Problem of Value Pluralism

当代社会，价值多元已经成为一个毋庸置疑的事实，价值多元问题造成的冲突和纷争已经逐渐成为人类社会发展的重大难题。哈贝马斯指认当代资本主义为晚期资本主义，认为晚期资本主义社会出现了严重的合法化危机，他倡导用商谈理论解决晚期资本主义社会的合法化危机。但是合法化危机只是价值多元问题在晚期资本主义社会的表现，本质是资产阶级与无产阶级之间因根本利益不同而存在的价值与利益冲突，也是资产阶级和无产阶级之间对于人的理解的存在偏差。以马克思主义价值论为起点，对哈贝马斯的商谈理论解决价值多元问题的效度进行分析，有助于批判地吸收商谈理论中的合理成分，探索解决价值冲突的路径。
In contemporary society, the diversity of values has become an undoubted fact, and the conflicts and disputes caused by the diversity of values have gradually become a major problem in the development of human society. Habermas identified contemporary capitalism as late capitalism and believed that there was a serious legalization crisis in late capitalist society, and he advocated the negotiation theory to solve the legalization crisis in late capitalist society. However, the legalization crisis is only the manifestation of the problem of value pluralism in the late capitalist society, the essence of which is the conflict of value and interest between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat due to the difference of fundamental interests, and also the deviation of the understanding of human beings between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat. Taking Marxist axiology as the starting point, this paper analyzes the validity of Habermas’ negotiation theory to solve the problem of multiple values, which is helpful to absorb the reasonable elements in the negotiation theory critically and explore the way to solve the conflict of values.
