新时代教育家精神融入高校辅导员思政教育工作的路径探究

教育家精神是以教育家和优秀教师为代表的广大教师群体在长期教育实践中形成的宝贵精神，立足新时代，教育家精神对于教师队伍建设具有重大意义。高校辅导员作为开展思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，肩负着学生思想引导的重任，将教育家精神融入到学生思想政治教育工作中，不仅能提升辅导员队伍的专业技能，也是解决辅导员开展思想政治教育工作时存在问题的良方；加强理想信念建设、创新育人思路、涵养远大格局和情怀，将教育家精神充分融入到辅导员思政教育工作中也是落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求。
The spirit of educators is a precious spiritual legacy formed by the broad teacher group, represented by educationalists and outstanding teachers, in the long-term educational practice. Standing in the new era, the spirit of educators is of great significance for the construction of the teacher team. College counselors, as the backbone force for carrying out ideological and political education, shoulder the responsibility of guiding students’ thoughts. Integrating the spirit of educators into the ideological and political education work of college counselors not only enhances the professional skills of the counselor team, but also is a good remedy for the problems encountered by counselors in carrying out ideological and political education work; strengthening the construction of ideal and belief, innovating the way of education, nurturing a broad vision and sentiment, and fully integrating the spirit of educators into the ideological and political education work of college counselors are also an inevitable requirement for fulfilling the fundamental task of cultivating people with integrity.
