从五脏五行探析灸疮调养观
Discussion on the Concept of Moxibustion Ulcer and Maintenance from Five Zang Organs and Five Elements

灸疮是艾灸之后，局部组织因灼伤出现化脓成疮的现象，在防治疾病的过程中发挥了重要的作用。然灸疮形成后需要调养，如调养不当则会产生坏证。目前对灸疮调护仍缺乏足够重视，让疗效大打折扣。本文基于五脏五行理论，从畅情志，舒肝木、促灸疮，抑心火、节饮食，护脾土、防外邪，固肺金、慎起居，养肾水五个角度分析并探讨古人灸后的调养特点，重新发掘灸疮调理在疾病治疗中的重要作用，以期为临床灸疮调养提供理论依据。
Moxibustion ulcer is the phenomenon of local tissue suppurating into sores due to burns after moxibustion, which plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of diseases. However, it needs to be recuperated after the formation of moxibustion ulcer, or improper recuperation will produce bad syndrome. At present, there is still not enough attention to the care of moxibustion ulcer, so that the curative effect is greatly reduced. Based on the theory of five Zang organs and five elements, this paper analyzes and discusses the characteristics of ancient people’s recuperation after moxibustion from five angles: regulating emotion and soothing liver wood, promoting moxibustion ulcer and suppressing heart fire, saving diet and protecting spleen soil, preventing external evil and strengthening lung gold, living cautiously and nourishing kidney water. We re-explore the important role of moxibustion ulcer in the treatment of diseases, in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical moxibustion ulcer’s recuperation.
