听见你的声音:耳鸣患者使用新媒体的动机和行为研究

Abstract:
在数字化时代,新媒体已经成为我们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。对于耳鸣患者而言,媒体不仅是一个获取信息的工具,更是他们建立社会联系、寻求情感支持的重要渠道。文章以使用与满足理论为基础,与15名耳鸣患者进行半结构化访谈,旨在探究耳鸣患者在新媒体使用方面的动机和行为。耳鸣是一个独立的疾病还是一个伴随的症状,医学界至今没有论断。引发耳鸣的原因综合多样,目前也没有针对耳鸣的有效治疗方法。相较于为大众所熟知的抑郁症、孤独症等疾病,耳鸣没有引起普遍的关注,但是耳鸣的确给患者带来身体和精神上的双重困扰,他人无法听到耳鸣声,患者只能通过网络诉诸于同样处境的人,因此探究耳鸣患者使用新媒体的动机和行为有其意义,从而也希望促进社会对耳鸣及其患者的关注和理解。
In the digital age, new media has become an indispensable part of our daily life. For tinnitus patients, media is not only a tool to obtain information, but also an important channel for them to establish social ties and seek emotional support. Based on the uses and gratifications theory, 15 tinnitus patients were interviewed semi-structurally to explore the motivation and behavior of media use in tinnitus patients. Whether tinnitus is an independent disease or a concomitant symptom, the medical field has not yet concluded. The causes of tinnitus are comprehensive and diverse, and at present, there is no effective treatment for tinnitus. In contrast to the well-known depression, autism, and other diseases, tinnitus does not cause universal attention, but it does bring patients physical and mental trouble. Tinnitus that can not be heard by others, patients can only appeal to people in the same situation through the internet, so it makes sense to explore the motivation and behavior of tinnitus patients using new media, it also hopes to promote society’s concern and understanding of tinnitus and its patients.
