近十年中医药治疗腰腿痛研究文献可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Literature on the Treatment of Lumbago and Leg Pain by Traditional Chinese Medicine in Recent Ten Years

目的：探讨近十年中医药治疗腰腿痛的研究热点与发展趋势。方法：检索中国知网2014年1月1日~2024年10月11日收录的中医药治疗腰腿痛的研究文献。利用CiteSpace6.3.R1软件对作者、期刊、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果：共纳入文献1287篇，年均发文量为128.7篇；发文量最高的机构为成都中医药大学附属医院(6篇)；发文量最高的作者为闫应西(5篇)，发文量较高且合作关系较密切的作者团体包括闫应西、谢素军和经振兴；最高频关键词为腰腿痛(235次)，关键词共聚为9类，“疼痛程度”突现强度最高，“循经推拿”突现持续时间最长。结论：腰腿痛中医药研究需要加强作者间、机构间合作，鼓励跨机构、跨地域合作交流；该领域研究热点为临床疗效、治疗方法(尤其是针灸和推拿)、疼痛等，循经推拿、中西医结合、炎性因子、疼痛管理、生物疗法可能成为下一阶段的研究热点。
Objective: To explore the research hotspot and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbago and leg pain in recent ten years. Methods: The literatures on the treatment of lumbago and leg pain by traditional Chinese medicine collected on CNKI from January 1, 2014 to October 11, 2024 were searched. CiteSpace6.3.R1 software was used to visualize the authors, journals, research institutions and keywords. Results: A total of 1287 literatures were included, with an average annual number of publications of 128.7. The Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had the highest number of publications (6). Yan Yingxi had the highest number of publications (5), while Yan Yingxi, Xie Sujun and Jing Zhenxing had the highest number of publications and had close cooperation with other authors. The most frequent keywords were lumbar and leg pain (235 times), the keyword copolymerization was 9 categories, the intensity of “pain degree” was the highest, and the duration of “circulation massage” was the longest. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the cooperation among authors and institutions, and encourage cross-institutional and cross-regional cooperation and exchanges in TCM research on lumbago and leg pain. The research hotspots in this field are clinical efficacy, treatment methods (especially acupuncture and massage), pain, etc., massage through the menstrual cycle, integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, inflammatory factors, pain management, biological therapy may become the next stage of research hot spots.
