中小城市边缘区城中村更新改造问题与策略研究
Research on Issues and Strategies for the Renovation and Transformation of Urban Villages in the Peripheral Areas of Small and Medium-Sized Cities

在以高质量为导向的发展新时代，中国城市化所面临的主要矛盾是高水平的社会经济生活条件和长期发展不均衡不完善的城市化承载空间之间的矛盾冲突。城中村是城市化空间发育不均衡不完善的主要组成部分，是实现中国城市高质量发展的最大挑战之一。目前关于城中村更新改造的研究偏向于沿海城市发展成熟的城中村，中小城市的研究较为缺失，因此本文以中小城市边缘区城中村为研究对象，界定中小城市边缘区城中村的研究范围，与大城市城中村比较，研究其更新改造可能面临的问题，探索其适宜的城中村更新改造策略。
In the new era of development oriented towards high quality, the primary contradiction faced by urbanization in China lies between high-level socio-economic living conditions and long-term uneven and inadequate urbanized carrying spaces. Urban villages, as a major component of uneven and inadequate urban spatial development, pose one of the greatest challenges to achieving high-quality urban development in China. Current research on the renewal and transformation of urban villages tends to focus on those in coastal cities with mature development, while research on those in small and medium-sized cities is relatively lacking. Therefore, this paper takes urban villages in the peripheral areas of small and medium-sized cities as the research object, defines the scope of research for such urban villages, compares them with those in large cities, studies the potential issues faced in their renewal and transformation, and explores suitable strategies for their renewal and transformation.
