Abstract:

近年来,我国人口出生率持续降低,为改变这一社会现状,国家提出并全面推动“三孩政策”。女性作为生育的主体,其生育意愿直接影响生育率的高低,对我国人口发展和社会稳定具有重要意义。然而,当代女性通常面临着工作和家庭双领域的角色冲突,由此引发的心理压力是导致女性生育意愿低迷的重要影响因素。文章介绍了工作家庭冲突和生育意愿的概念、测量方法以及两者间的关系,并对后续研究提出展望。
In recent years, the birth rate has continued to decrease in China. In order to change this social situation, the state put forward and comprehensively promoted the “three-child policy”. As the main body of fertility, women’s fertility will directly affect the level of fertility, which is of great significance to China’s population development and social stability. However, contemporary women usually face role conflict between work and family, and the psychological pressure caused by this is an important factor that leads to the depression of female fertility intention. This paper introduces the concept, measurement method, and relationship between work-family conflict and fertility intention and puts forward the prospect for further research.
