基于EHS模式的化学实验室安全管理体系探索与实践——以湖北汽车工业学院为例
Exploration and Practice of Chemical Laboratory Safety Management System Based on EHS Model—A Case Study of Hubei University of Automotive Industry

实验室是学生进行实践能力锻炼的主要场所之一，也是师生进行科学研究的重要场所。如何做好高校实验室的安全管理工作一直是高校日常管理的重点之一。“EHS”管理体系是美国发展起来的衡量环保、健康和安全发展指标的管理方法。本文介绍了本校高分子化学实验室现状，结合我校实验室安全管理存在的主要问题，将“EHS”理念融入实验室管理中，从实验室安全管理制度、安全教育培训、安全防护设施三个方面探讨了高分子化学实验室基于EHS管理模式下的改革措施，为进一步提升本校高分子化学实验室安全管理水平，确保应用型高校健康、安全、和谐的环境奠定基础。
The laboratory is one of the main places for students to exercise their practical ability, and it is also an important place for teachers and students to conduct scientific research. How to do a good job in the safety management of university laboratories has always been one of the key points in the daily management of universities. “EHS” management system is a management method developed in the United States to measure the development indicators of environmental protection, health and safety. This paper introduces the current situation of our school’s polymer chemistry laboratory, combines the main problems existing in the laboratory safety management of our school, and integrates the concept of “EHS” into laboratory management. The reform measures of polymer chemistry laboratory based on EHS management mode were discussed from three aspects of laboratory safety management system, safety education and training, and safety protection facilities, which laid a foundation for further improving the safety management level of polymer chemistry laboratory in our university and ensuring a healthy, safe and harmonious environment in applied universities.
