社会资本视角下农村互助养老问题及研究
Rural Mutual Assistance in Aging: Issues and Research from the Perspective of Social Capital

在人口老龄化背景下，农村养老问题亟待一个新的解决办法，因此，农村互助养老应运而生。理论上，农村互助养老大有可为，但是实际上，农村互助养老暴露出一系列问题。在积极老龄化背景下，如何将老年人充分动员起来参与到农村互助养老之中，将“有所养”与“有所为”有机结合起来，是我们面临的困境。为解决该模式的发展，本文从社会资本的视角论述，从信任网络规范三个角度展开，以此推动农村互助养老事业的进一步发展。
Under the background of population aging, there is an urgent need for a new solution to the rural pension problem. Therefore, rural mutual assistance in aging has emerged. In theory, rural mutual assistance in aging is promising, but in practice, rural mutual assistance in aging exposes a series of problems. Under the background of active aging, how to fully mobilize the elderly to participate in rural mutual assistance in aging and organically combine “being supported” and “doing something” is the dilemma we face. In order to solve the development of this model, this paper discusses from the perspective of social capital and starts from the three aspects of trust network norms, so as to promote the further development of rural mutual assistance in aging.
