要想落实“乡村振兴”的战略，前提是先解决“三农”问题，随着我国惠农政策和反哺机制的实施，导致在农村财务管理工作中出现了相应的问题。为了提升农村财务管理水平，本文先简要概述一下农村财务管理的定义和主要特点，其次论述一下农村财务管理的作用，最后分析一下农村财务管理存在的问题及其对策，为乡村振兴战略的顺利实施提供坚实的财务保障。
In order to implement the strategy of “rural revitalization”, the premise is to solve the problem of “three farmers” first. With the implementation of our country’s favorable agriculture policy and feeding mechanism, corresponding problems have arisen in rural financial management work. In order to improve the level of rural financial management, this paper briefly outlines the definition and main characteristics of rural financial management, and then discusses the role of rural financial management. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems in rural financial management and their countermeasures to provide a solid financial guarantee for the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
