链长企业供应链平台智慧互联服务模式研究

在产业链和供应链协同发展的战略目标驱动下，大型企业服务提供方式发生变革，链长企业作为行业的领航者，在服务建设的变革中逐渐向依托供应链平台的方式转变，同时当前平台服务对象有待拓展、内容设计有待丰富、能力建设有待提升等问题也逐渐凸显。本文从当前链长企业供应链平台服务建设痛点入手，从多方面提出合理化建议与措施，旨在通过平台服务赋能产业链，构建智慧互联服务模式，在现代产业体系构建中更好发挥支撑引领作用，推动全链高质量发展。
Under the drive of the coordinated development of the industrial chain and supply chain strategic target, large enterprise service way change. As the leader of the industry, the leading enterprises gradually change to the way of relying on the supply chain platform in the reform of service construction. At the same time, there are some gradually prominent problems including the following: the current platform service objects to be expanded, content design to be enriched, capacity building to be improved. This paper starts from the current pain points of the leading enterprises supply chain platform service construction, and puts forward reasonable suggestions and measures from many aspects. It aims to empower the industrial chain through the platform service, build a smart and intelligent interconnection service model, play a better supporting and leading role in the construction of a modern industrial system, and promote the high-quality development of the whole chain.
