汉语中字母词的使用以及中国公民的相关法律意识的调研与分析
Research and Analysis on the Use of Alphabetic Words in Chinese Language and Chinese Citizens’ Awareness of Relevant Laws

在经济全球化加速推进的进程中，各国综合国力竞争显得尤为突出。综合国力是衡量一个国家基本国情和基本资源最重要的指标，也是衡量一个国家的经济、政治、军事、文化、科技、教育、人力资源等实力的综合性指标。在这样错综复杂的国内国际大背景下，如何提高国家文化软实力、如何防止外来文化的不良影响、如何弘扬传统文化的时代课题表现得尤为重要。本研究就外来字母文字，对中国公民法治意识的整体情况作出阐释，进而体现宏观趋势；从法律角度探寻规律，推动字母词的健康使用，健全法制环境。
In the process of accelerating economic globalization, the competition of comprehensive national strength among countries has become particularly prominent. Comprehensive national strength is the most important indicator for measuring a country’s basic national conditions and resources, as well as the comprehensive strength of its economy, politics, military, culture, technology, education, human resources, etc. In such a complex domestic and international context, how to enhance a country’s cultural soft power, prevent foreign cultural invasion, and promote traditional culture has become an important issue of the times. This research interprets the overall situation of Chinese citizens’ legal consciousness regarding foreign alphabets, reflecting macro trends; explores the rules from a legal perspective, promotes the healthy use of alphabets, and improves the legal environment.
