针灸联合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症的研究进展

Abstract:
本文综述了针灸联合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床研究进展。脑梗死是全球主要的致死和致残原因之一，其后遗症严重影响患者的生活质量。针灸和中药治疗作为中国传统医学的重要组成部分，在脑梗死后遗症的治疗中显示出独特的优势。补阳还五汤作为中医经典方剂，与针灸联合使用，已被证实能够提高治疗效果。本文旨在探讨针灸联合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床效果及其可能的作用机制。
This article reviews the clinical research progress of treating post-stroke sequelae with acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Tang. Stroke is one of the leading causes of mortality and disability worldwide, and its sequelae severely affects the quality of life of patients. Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, as important components of traditional Chinese medicine, have shown unique advantages in the treatment of post-stroke sequelae. Buyang Huanwu Tang, as a classic formula of traditional Chinese medicine, has been proven to improve therapeutic effects when used in conjunction with acupuncture. This article aims to explore the clinical efficacy and possible mechanisms of action of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Tang in treating post-stroke sequelae.
