影像组学在胰腺癌诊断和分期中的研究进展

Abstract:
Pancreatic cancer has always had the title of “the king of cancers”, and is more common among digestive tract tumors. Its morbidity and mortality rates have increased slightly from one year to the next. Currently, radical surgery is the most important treatment for pancreatic cancer. Early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and accurate preoperative staging are important for the development of patient treatment plans and assessment of long-term prognosis. In recent years, due to the rise of radiomics, its diagnostic efficiency has been gradually improved and its diagnostic value for various diseases has been gradually confirmed. Radiomics is able to reflect deeper information related to diseases through quantitative analysis of medical image data and extraction of imaging features. This article summarizes and analyzes the research progress of radiomics in the diagnosis and staging of pancreatic cancer based on references and data.
