高校毕业生赴基层就业现状、困境及对策研究
Study on the Current Situation, Dilemma and Countermeasures of Vocational College Graduates Going to the Grass-Roots Level for Employment

毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源，引导和鼓励高校毕业生基层就业既是其自身成长成才的内在需要，也是有效解决基层人才困境，全面推进乡村振兴，全面建成社会主义现代化国家的必然要求。目前高校毕业生面临政府政策落实监督难、高校价值观引领不足、学生就业观存在偏差等现实困境。基于此，本文从“政府联动：增强面向基层就业的吸引力；高校引领：提升面向基层就业的适应力；学生自觉：培养面向基层就业的竞争力”提出对策建议，有效缓解基层人才短缺问题，也为我国深入实施区域协调发展战略提供了重要的人才支撑。
Graduates are the precious human resources of the country, guiding and encouraging the employment of college graduates at the grass-roots level is not only the internal need of their own growth and talent, but also the inevitable requirement of effectively solving the dilemma of grass-roots talents, comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, and comprehensively building a modern socialist country. At present, college graduates are faced with such realistic difficulties as difficult supervision of the implementation of government policies, insufficient guidance of college values and deviation of students’ employment view. Based on this, this paper starts from “Government linkage: enhancing the attraction of grass-roots employment; Leading by colleges and universities: improving the adaptability to grass-roots employment; Students’ self-awareness: Cultivating the competitiveness of grass-roots employment” puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, effectively alleviates the shortage of grass-roots talents, and also provides important talent support for the in-depth implementation of regional coordinated development strategy in our country.
