随着资源约束和环境保护压力日益增大，企业通过绿色创新实现绿色发展具有重要理论和实践意义。绿色并购作为近年来兴起的一种绿色投资方式，可以有效推动绿色创新，帮助企业实现绿色发展。学术界对绿色并购与绿色创新的研究日益丰富，本文以绿色并购的研究趋势为起点，主要在绿色并购对绿色创新的影响及并购后创新效果的影响因素等方面对国内外相关的文献进行梳理、归纳和总结，并提出未来的研究方向，以期丰富该领域的研究成果，为提升企业绿色创新能力拓展研究视角。
With the increasing pressure of resource constraint and environmental protection, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for enterprises to realize green development through green innovation. As a green investment method emerging in recent years, green M&A can effectively promote green innovation and help enterprises achieve green development. The academia of green merger and green innovation and green research is increasingly rich. This paper takes the research trend as the starting point, mainly in the green merger and the influence of green innovation and the influence factors of innovation effect of domestic and foreign related literature, induction and summary, and put forward the future research direction, in order to enrich the research results in the field, to improve enterprise green innovation ability to expand research perspective.
