金秋区块致密气绿色低碳智能化发展实践

Abstract:

天府气田金秋区块致密气是中国石油西南油气田公司重要上产新领域,规划其2025年建成50亿方规模,2021年开始逐步加大金秋区块致密气开发建产力度,目前年产量已达27亿方。近些年,随着双碳目标的提出,金秋区块致密气在快速上产的同时也积极探索绿色、低碳、智能化技术并应用,包括设备智能监测、井下节流、试采放空气回收、压裂返排液达标外排、全生命周期的砂粒防治、细菌腐蚀防控、VOCs治理、设备及工艺参数优化、光伏发电、余压发电等,持续提升气田绿色低碳智能化水平,对于保障国家能源安全、实现双碳目标以及油气企业绿色低碳智能化转型等具有积极意义。
The tight gas in Jinqiu block of Tianfu Gas field is an important new production field of petrochina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company. It is planned to build a scale of 5 billion square meters in 2025, and gradually increase the development and production of tight gas in Jinqiu block in 2021. The current annual output has reached 2.7 billion square meters. In recent years, with the proposal of the dual-carbon target, tight gas in Jinqiu Block has been rapidly producing and actively exploring green, low-carbon and intelligent technologies and applications. Including equipment intelligent monitoring, downhole throttling, air recovery of test production, discharge of fracturing flowback fluid up to standard, sand prevention and control of the whole life cycle, bacterial corrosion prevention and control, VOCs management, equipment and process parameter optimization, photovoltaic power generation, residual pressure power generation, etc., continue to improve the green, low-carbon and intelligent level of gas fields. It is of positive significance for ensuring national energy security, realizing the dual-carbon goal and the green, low-carbon and intelligent transformation of oil and gas enterprises.
