Abstract:

在现代化飞速发展的背景下,大学生群体在生活方式和价值观念方面面临着多重挑战。大学生“空心病”作为一种伴随虚无感和生活意义缺失的社会心理问题,不仅反映了个体在社会剧烈变迁中的内在迷失,也折射出大学生群体在个人价值和人生意义上的深层困惑。为解决大学生“空心”精神困惑,提升大学生生命意义感,本研究在大学生心理健康教育课中有机融合心理传记疗法,设计了分享出生故事、你听我说、整合生命故事等教学环节,旨在让学生从存在和时间两个维度探索生命故事,构建自身生命意义,获得自我认同,建立积极正向的生命观。本文将心理传记疗法与大学生生命教育的契合作为切入点进行教学实践,探析了心理传记疗法在大学生心理健康教育课程中的可行性。
Against the backdrop of rapid modernization, college students are facing multiple challenges in terms of lifestyle and values. College students’ “hollow disease” is a social and psychological problem accompanied by a sense of emptiness and a lack of meaning of life, which not only reflects the internal loss of individuals in the drastic changes of society, but also reflects the deep confusion of college students in terms of personal value and meaning of life. In order to solve the spiritual confusion of college students’ “hollow” and enhance their sense of meaning of life, this study organically integrates psychobiographical therapy into college students’ mental health education courses. It designs teaching activities such as sharing birth stories, sharing and integrating life stories, aiming to enable students to explore life stories from the dimensions of existence and time, construct their own meaning of life, gain self-identity, and establish a positive outlook on life. This article takes the integration of psychobiographical therapy and life education for college students as the starting point for teaching practice, and explores the feasibility of psychobiographical therapy in college students’ mental health education courses.
