中医治疗心悸的现状及进展分析

心悸是中医一种疾病综合征的名称，病人往往表现为心脏节律不齐以及心跳加快等。心悸可以在心脏正常活动下产生，也可因罹患某些疾病而产生。诱发心悸的原因比较多，中医多认为心悸的发生与病人饮食不佳、体质偏弱、受外邪侵袭以及情志失调等密切相关。而心脏主血脉，是人体重要的器官组织之一。如果任由疾病的发展，那么会给病人的身心带来巨大伤害。中医治疗心悸病人时根据其不同证型实施辨证治疗，且可避免常规西医的治疗弊端，积极改善心悸病人的转归与预后。本文将综述心悸病人的病因病机、辨证论治方法以及治疗效果等。
Palpitation is the name of a disease syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. Patients often present with irregular heart rhythms and rapid heartbeat. Palpitations can occur with the normal movement of the heart or from certain diseases. There are many causes of palpitations. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of palpitations is closely related to patients’ poor diet, weak constitution, invasion by external evil and emotional disorders. The heart’s main blood vessel is one of the important organs and tissues of the human body. If the disease is allowed to develop, then it will bring great harm to the patient’s body and mind. When treating patients with palpitation in traditional Chinese medicine, syndrome differentiation is treated according to their different syndrome types, which can avoid the disadvantages of conventional Western medicine treatment, and actively improve the outcome and prognosis of patients with palpitation. This paper will review the etiology and pathogenesis, dialectical treatment methods and treatment effect of palpitation patients.
