临沂市红色旅游高质量发展的影响因素与提升路径研究
Study on Factors Influencing the High-Quality Development of Red Tourism in Linyi City and Improvement Strategies

临沂市作为革命老区，红色旅游资源丰富，但在高质量发展过程中面临诸多挑战。本研究以临沂市为例，通过问卷调查法和因子分析法，识别了影响红色旅游高质量发展的关键因素，包括政策支持、基础设施、资源开发、服务管理和产品营销。研究结果表明，经济扶持、交通条件、景点沉浸感、从业人员形象气质以及红色活动吸引力是主要影响因素。基于此，本文提出了拓宽融资渠道、优化交通布局、打造沉浸式体验、加强人才培养及深化多方合作与宣传等提升路径。本研究为临沂市及其他红色旅游景点的发展提供了理论支持和实践借鉴，旨在推动红色旅游的高质量发展。
As a revolutionary base area, Linyi City is rich in red tourism resources but faces numerous challenges in the process of high-quality development. This study takes Linyi City as a case, using questionnaire surveys and factor analysis to identify key factors influencing the high-quality development of red tourism, including policy support, infrastructure, resource development, service management, and product marketing. The results show that economic support, transportation conditions, site immersion, staff image and quality, and the appeal of red-themed activities are the main influencing factors. Based on these findings, the paper proposes improvement strategies such as expanding financing channels, optimizing transportation layouts, creating immersive experiences, enhancing talent training, and deepening multi-party cooperation and promotion. This study provides theoretical support and practical references for the development of Linyi City and other red tourism sites, aiming to promote high-quality development in red tourism.
