乡村振兴战略下生态产品价值实现的法律协同

Abstract:
实现乡村振兴是当前的重要战略目标,同时生态产品价值实现是实现乡村振兴的重要抓手之一。二者协同存在着内源上的联系,但其协同机制仍需进一步完善。通过分析政策文本并结合具体实践,本文将分析二者协同机制下的实现路径,探究其协同机制方面所面临的内涵、主体、供给机制之困境,通过加强顶层设计,统一界定内涵,并优化协同机制,完善法律保障。
Achieving rural revitalization is an important strategic goal at present, while the realization of the value of ecological products is one of the important grasps to achieve rural revitalization. There exists an endogenous connection between the two synergies, but their synergistic mechanism still needs to be further improved. By analyzing the policy text and combining the specific practice, this paper will analyze the realization path under the synergistic mechanism of the two, explore the dilemma of the connotation, subject and supply mechanism faced by the synergistic mechanism, and optimize the synergistic mechanism and improve the legal guarantee by strengthening the top-level design and defining the connotation in a unified way.
