婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业三年制定向人才培养模式探究——以眉山药科职业学院为例

Abstract:
眉山药科职业学院对婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业三年制定向人才培养模式的探究旨在解决怎样培养更多具有创新意识和能力、能够主动适应并引领婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业的社会优秀人才的难题。因此定向人才培养的模式和制定就显得至关重要,本文从婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业的学生招生、学生就业现状、产教融合的专业人才培养模式现状出发,以就业为导向对所有合作企业和单位进行了人才需求的调查,加强“校企合作”改革人才培养方案优化教学模式,推进专业教育教学质量。随着我国社会经济的发展,高职专业发展水平的高低直接关系着育人的质量,因此,高职定向人才培养模式必须跟上社会和行业的发展,要真正立足于学生主体的发展,不断探究有效模式与途径,增强高职学生专业能力,也更好地服务于社会。
The three-year talent cultivation model of the infant and toddler childcare services and management major at Meishan Pharmaceutical College aims to solve the problem of how to cultivate more innovative and capable talents who can proactively adapt to and lead the development of the infant and toddler childcare services and management industry. Therefore, the mode and formulation of specified talent cultivation are of paramount importance. This paper starts with the student admission and employment status of the infant and toddler childcare services and management major, the current situation of professional talent cultivation mode of integration between education and production, and conducts a survey on talent needs of all cooperative enterprises and units to optimize the talent cultivation plan and teaching mode based on employment orientation. It promotes the quality of professional education and teaching. With the development of social and economic development in China, the level of development of vocational specialties directly affects the quality of education, therefore, the specified talent cultivation mode of vocational education must keep up with the development of society and the industry, truly take the student’s own development as the starting point, continuously explore effective modes and channels, enhance the professional ability of vocational students, and better serve society.
