新时代地方高校创新人才培养的困境与对策研究

Abstract:
本论文深入探讨高校创新人才培养模式，分析当前地方高校在创新人才培养方面面临的挑战与机遇，通过对国内外先进经验的研究，提出构建适应时代需求的地方高校创新人才培养模式的策略与建议，旨在为提高地方高校创新人才培养质量提供理论支持和实践指导。
This paper deeply explores the innovative talent training model of colleges and universities, analyzes the challenges and opportunities currently faced by local colleges and universities in the training of innovative talents, and through the study of advanced domestic and foreign experiences, puts forward strategies and suggestions for building an innovative talent training model for local colleges and universities that meets the needs of the times. It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality of innovative talent training in local colleges and universities.
