社工机构与公益组织融合发展研究——以Y社工机构为例
Research on the Integrated Development of Social Work Organizations and Public Welfare Organizations—Taking the Y Social Work Agency as an Example

党的二十大报告指出，发挥多方联动主体的聚合力量，建设社会治理共同体，是顺应时代发展潮流的必然趋势。社会工作机构与公益组织融合发展已经成为发展趋势。本文以云南大理市L志愿组织与Y社工机构为例，观察和分析了一家扎根本土、从事志愿服务的志愿公益组织向专业社工机构转型并实现融合发展的实践；探究社会工作机构与公益组织在发展中的联动过程；发现二者在联动过程中存在的挑战，以期完善两者间的融合发展模式进而进行推广及应用等。进而促使社会工作机构与公益组织融合发展机制的完善，也能够为今后社会工作机构和公益组织的融合发展提供有价值的参照经验，提升社会工作者和志愿者开展社会服务的水平和能力，推动社会工作机构本土化建设，使更多社会机构落地生根，协助建设更美好的和谐社会。

This article in Yun-nan Dali L volunteer organization and Y social worker institutions, observation and analysis of a local, engaged in voluntary public welfare organizations to professional social work organization transformation and realize the integration development practice, explore the social work institutions and public welfare organizations in developing linkage process, found the challenges in the linkage process, in order to improve the integration development model and promotion and application, etc. To promote social work institutions and the improvement of the mechanism of integration development, also can for the future social work institutions and public welfare organizations integration development provide valuable reference experience, improve social workers and volunteers to carry out social service level and ability, promote the construction of social work agency localization, make more social institutions take root, to build a better harmonious society.
