全方位优化护理管理策略对艾滋病患者生活质量的影响
Influence of Comprehensive Optimization of Nursing Management Strategies on Quality of Life of AIDS Patients

目的：探究全方位优化管理策略对艾滋病患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2023年1月至2023年12月湘西自治州人民医院收治的62例艾滋病患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为干预组与常规组各31例。常规组予以常规护理，干预组在其基础上予以全方位优化管理策略进行管理。连续干预3个月，比较两组患者干预前后遵医行为、应对方式、负性情绪及生活质量评分的差异。结果：干预后干预组遵医行为率、MCMQ合作、GQOLI-74评分高于常规组(均P < 0.05)；干预后干预组MCMQ回避、MCMQ屈服、DASS-21评分低于常规组(均P < 0.05)。结论：全方位优化管理策略可明显提高艾滋病患者的遵医行为，调整其应对方式，减轻负性情绪，提高艾滋病患者的生活质量。
Objective: To explore the impact of all-round optimization of management strategies on the quality of life of AIDS patients. Methods: 62 AIDS patients admitted to the People’s Hospital of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the intervention group and the routine group according to the random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The routine group received routine care, while the intervention group received comprehensive optimization management strategies based on it. Continuous intervention for 3 months, comparing the differences in compliance behavior, coping strategies, negative emotions, and quality of life scores between two groups of patients before and after intervention. Result: After the intervention, the compliance rate, MCMQ cooperation, and GQOLI-74 score of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group (all P < 0.05); After intervention, the MCMQ avoidance, MCMQ yielding, and DASS-21 scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive optimization of management strategies can significantly improve the compliance behavior of AIDS patients, adjust their coping styles, reduce negative emotions, and improve the quality of life of AIDS patients.
