新时代非凡成就融入高校大学生奋斗精神培育的价值意蕴研究
Research on the Value Implications of Integrating Extraordinary Achievements in the New Era into the Cultivation of the Struggle Spirit of College Students

本文回顾了2012至2022年间中国共产党领导下的辉煌成就，探讨了这些成就如何深刻影响新时代大学生奋斗精神的培育。研究表明，此十年见证了理想信念的深化、目标追求的坚定、人民幸福的提升及时代责任的彰显。文章首先明确了新时代高校奋斗精神培育的核心，聚焦于奋斗幸福观的构建、明确目标的追求及高效方法与团结协作的探索。随后，阐述了奋斗精神在民族复兴、高校人才培养及个人价值实现中的多重价值，凸显其在新时代的迫切性与重要性。最后，结合时代成就，提出大学生应如何通过领悟“中国广度”、“中国高度”、“中国温度”及“中国速度”，将个人奋斗融入国家发展，成为有担当的奋斗青年。本文不仅丰富了奋斗精神理论，也为高校教育实践提供了指导，激励大学生在新时代征程中为实现中国梦贡献力量。
This paper reviews the brilliant achievements under the leadership of the CPC from 2012 to 2022 and discusses how these achievements have had a profound impact on the cultivation of college students’ struggle spirit in the new era. Research shows that this decade has witnessed the deepening of ideals and beliefs, the firm pursuit of goals, the improvement of people’s happiness, and the manifestation of the responsibility of the times. The article first clarifies the core of cultivating the spirit of struggle in universities in the new era, focusing on the construction of the concept of striving for happiness, the pursuit of clear goals, and the exploration of efficient methods and unity and cooperation. Subsequently, the multiple values of the spirit of struggle in national rejuvenation, talent cultivation in universities, and personal value realization were elaborated, highlighting its urgency and importance in the new era. Finally, based on the achievements of the times, it is proposed that college students should integrate their personal struggles into the development of the country and become responsible young people by understanding “China’s breadth,” “China’s height,” “China’s temperature,” and “China’s speed”. This article not only enriches the theory of the spirit of struggle, but also provides guidance for the practice of higher education, inspiring college students to contribute to the realization of the Chinese Dream in the new era.
