高职院校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设路径探究——以内蒙古建筑职业技术学院为例
Research on the Construction Path of “One-Stop” Student Community Comprehensive Management Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges —Taking Inner Mongolia Technical College of Construction as an Example

在当前从“三全育人”到构建一体化大思政格局的背景下，推进新时代高校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式改革，对全面提升新时期高等院校党建和思政教育工作至关重要。但由于高职院校在管理模式、育人思维等方面存在现实困境，导致高职院校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式改革进程缓慢。本文以内蒙古建筑职业技术学院为例，对高职院校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式开展研究，为其他高职院校提供可借鉴的经验和案例的同时，也为高职院校的学生管理工作提供新的思路和方法，提升高职院校的教育质量和品牌形象。
Under the background of “three-all-round education” and the construction of an integrated ideological and political structure, the reform of the “one-stop” mode of comprehensive management of the student community in colleges and universities in the new era is being pushed forward. It is very important to promote party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era. However, the reform process of the “one-stop” student community comprehensive management mode is slow because of the practical difficulties in the management mode and educational thinking in higher vocational colleges. Taking the Inner Mongolia Technical College of Construction as an example, this paper studies the one-stop mode of student community comprehensive management in higher vocational colleges, and provides experiences and cases for other higher vocational colleges to use for reference. It also provides new ideas and methods for the management of students in higher vocational colleges, and improves the quality of education and brand image of higher vocational colleges.
