Abstract:

本文采用质性分析方法对数学师范生师范技能大赛获奖学生具有的特征及关键成功因素进行深入探究。获奖学生的教育技巧、专业知识、创新思维及交流与表达能力等都有优异表现。关键的成功因素涉及个人的才能、教育背景、大型赛事的规划、所处社会文化氛围等。本研究提出应强化教学技巧,完善教育课程结构以及改进大赛培训方法等对策,对数学教师培训及师范生职业发展均有深刻的理论意义与实践意义。
This paper uses qualitative analysis methods to conduct an in-depth study of the characteristics and key success factors of the winners of the mathematics teacher training competition. The winning students have excellent educational skills, professional knowledge, innovative thinking, and communication and expression skills. The key success factors involve personal talents, educational background, planning of large-scale events, and the social and cultural atmosphere in which they live. This study proposes countermeasures such as strengthening teaching skills, improving educational curriculum structure, and improving competition training methods, which have profound theoretical and practical significance for mathematics teacher training and teacher training professional development.
