毕业论文旨在检验学生所学知识和理论的综合运用能力，开放教育通过毕业论文的训练，进一步培养学生的专业研究素养，提高学生分析和解决问题的能力，提升学生的创新意识和专业素质。文章在问卷调研的基础上，通过教学目标与学生需求、写作要求与学生能力、教师与学生之间的话语体系三个方面的对比，研究开放教育行政管理专业本科毕业论文工作面临的问题及原因，进而提出优化开放教育行政管理专业本科毕业论文工作的若干策略。
