大学生手机成瘾的心理行为及教育策略研究

Abstract:
本文探讨云南经济管理学院学生手机成瘾现象,定义了手机成瘾过度使用导致的心理、生理及社会功能受损。分析了大学生手机成瘾的现状、成因,包括心理发展需求、逃避现实等。提出教育策略:学校加强网络心理健康教育,教师关注并干预成瘾问题,家庭增强沟通;同时呼吁政府监管网络环境,企业开发健康应用,以促进大学生健康使用手机,实现全面发展。
This paper discusses the phenomenon of mobile phone addiction among students of Yunnan College of Business Management, and defines the psychological, physiological and social impairment caused by excessive use of mobile phone addiction. This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of college students’ mobile phone addiction, including psychological development needs, escapism and so on. Education strategies are put forward: schools should strengthen network mental health education, teachers should pay attention to and intervene addiction problems, and families should strengthen communication. At the same time, it calls on the government to regulate the network environment and enterprises to develop health applications to promote the healthy use of mobile phones by college students and achieve all-round development.
