Abstract:

苏77、召51气田纵向上发育多套气层,为节省成本,使得表层套管、技术套管重复利用,针对多套储层情况总结出水平井立体开发及关键技术,对于该地区的顺利开发具有重要意义。在对苏77、召51气田储层发育概况进行分析后,总结提出了水平井井身结构优化原则,同时详细阐述了钻井过程中的关键技术,针对钻井过程中遇到的问题,优化了不同的钻井工艺。在此基础上,对现场开发应用情况进行了概述。本文通过探讨一种新的井身结构,上部预留φ177.8 mm技术套管,当第一口水平井枯竭后,采用φ152.4 mm钻头从刘家沟组地层以下侧钻,下入φ114.3 mm完井套管,满足水平井体积压裂。此方法实现了多套气层一个井眼立体开发,实现了产量接替,同时充分利用老井井场、地面管线和上部套管,减少建设投资。通过现场应用情况表明,水平井的立体开发方式能够满足现场应用开发需求的同时,还解决了成本昂贵的问题,实现了产量接替式高效开发。
Multiple sets of gas reservoirs are developed vertically in Su 77 and Zhao 51 gas fields. In order to save costs and reuse surface casing and technical casing, the three-dimensional development and key technologies of horizontal wells are summarized for multiple sets of reservoirs, which is of great significance for the smooth development of the area. After analyzing the general situation of reservoir development in Su 77 and Zhao 51 gas fields, the principle of horizontal well casing structure optimization is summarized and put forward. At the same time, the key technologies in the drilling process are elaborated in detail. In view of the problems encountered in the drilling process, different drilling processes are optimized. On this basis, the field development and application are summarized. In this paper, a new casing structure is discussed. The upper part is reserved with φ177.8 mm technical casing. When the first horizontal well is depleted, the φ152.4 mm drill bit is used to drill sideways from the Liujiagou Formation, and the φ114.3 mm completion casing is run to meet the volume fracturing of horizontal wells. The three-dimensional development of multiple sets of gas layers and one wellbore is realized, and the production replacement is realized. At the same time, the old well site, ground pipeline and upper casing are fully utilized to reduce the construction investment. The field application shows that the three-dimensional development mode of horizontal wells can meet the needs of field application development, at the same time, it also solves the problem of high cost and realizes the efficient development of production replacement.
