Abstract:

在油气田开发与生产的过程中,大位移水平井技术是一种极为重要的提高油气采收率的方法。随着我国油气资源的勘探开发逐渐转向深层和深海,传统的钻井和完井技术已经难以满足复杂地质条件下的开发需求,因此连续油管技术因其作业效率高、环境影响小等优点,成为了解决上述挑战的有效手段之一。然而,由于连续油管直径小,材料强度低,与井壁间摩阻过大而容易发生屈曲自锁。为了增加水平井的延伸长度,连续油管牵引器是实现大位移水平井连续油管作业的关键设备。在牵引过程中,牵引器承受的轴向载荷是影响其作业安全性和效率的重要因素。轴向载荷过大可能导致连续油管的损坏,甚至发生事故,从而影响油气田的正常生产。因此,对大位移水平井连续油管牵引器轴向载荷进行准确的分析与评估,对确保连续油管作业的安全性和高效性具有重要意义。
In the process of oil and gas field development and production, large-displacement horizontal well technology is an extremely important method to improve oil and gas recovery. As the exploration and development of my country’s oil and gas resources gradually shifts to deep layers and deep seas, traditional drilling and completion technologies have been unable to meet the development needs under complex geological conditions. Therefore, coiled tubing technology has become one of the effective means to solve the above challenges due to its advantages such as high operating efficiency and low environmental impact. However, due to the small diameter and low material strength of the coiled tubing, the friction between the coiled tubing and the well wall is too large, which makes it easy to buckle and self-lock. In order to increase the extension length of the horizontal well, the coiled tubing tractor is a key equipment for realizing the large-displacement horizontal well coiled tubing operation. During the traction process, the axial load borne by the tractor is an important factor affecting its operation safety and efficiency. Excessive axial load may cause damage to the coiled tubing or even accidents, thereby affecting the normal production of the oil and gas field. Therefore, accurate analysis and evaluation of the axial load of the large-displacement horizontal well coiled tubing tractor is of great significance to ensure the safety and efficiency of the coiled tubing operation.
