《汉语拼音方案》细则理解及运用的调查研究
A Study on the Understanding and Application of the Detailed Rules of Scheme of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet

《汉语拼音方案》自颁布以来，一直有批评之声，认为存在一些问题。本文运用问卷调查的方法，面向不同使用人群进行了有关“《方案》细则理解及其运用”的调查，调查发现人们对于《方案》细则的使用总体上正确率还较理想，但对于《方案》细则制定的原因和逻辑，则存在较大的问题。在此基础上，本文提出了《方案》改进的建议。本研究对拼音方案的改进可以提供一定的参考作用。
Since the Scheme of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet was issued, many experts have criticized it for there are some problems in its application. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on “the Understanding and Application of the Detailed Rules of Scheme of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet” to different users. The survey found that the overall correctness of the use of the rules of Scheme of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet is still ideal, but there are major problems with the reasons and logic of the formulation of the rules of Scheme of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the Scheme of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet. This study can provide some reference for the improvement of the Scheme of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet.
