本文以新课程改革的发展为背景，体育教学为研究目标，并以寻找问题、解决问题为文章结构，阐述出新课程标准下的体育教学，体育教师素质提高的关键点，并总结出新课标形势下体育教学是以促进学生身体、心理和社会适应能力的“健康体育”、“人文体育”的发展趋势。
This paper takes the development of the new curriculum reform as the background, physical education teaching as the research goal, and searching for problems and solving problems as the structure of the article, it describes the physical education teaching under the new curriculum standard, the key points of physical education teachers’ quality improvement, and summarizes the development trend of physical education teaching under the new curriculum standard, which is to promote students’ physical, mental and social adaptability, “Healthy Physical Education” and “Humanistic Physical Education”.
