职业技能大赛推动旅游管理专业师资队伍建设和教学改革的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Promoting Teaching Staff Construction and Teaching Reform in Tourism Management Specialty by Vocational Skills Competition

技能大赛引领的职业教育更加适应市场发展需求，对全面培养高素质技术技能人才具有重要意义。本文以江苏省铜山中等专业学校旅游管理专业为例，探讨了职业技能大赛对本专业的重要意义，并提出基于技能大赛的师资队伍建设路径和教学改革策略，以期提高职业院校旅游管理专业人才培养水平。
The vocational education under the guide of skills competition is more suitable for the market development, and significant to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents. This study takes tourism management specialty of Jiangsu Tongshan Secondary Vocational School as an example and discusses the significance of vocational skills competition to this major. Under the background of the skills competition, the present authors put forward routes for construction of the teaching staff and strategies of teaching reform to promote the talent training quality of the tourism management specialty.
