智障人士照护者养老困境分析及未来模式展望
Analysis of Elderly Care Difficulties and Future Model Prospects for Caregivers of Mentally Impaired Persons

随着人口老龄化趋势的加剧，养老问题日益凸显。近年来，中国智力障碍人士数量不断增加，这一群体始终是需要被特殊关注的群体，其照护者承担着终生监管照顾的责任。随着照护者步入老龄化，其养老需求也逐渐显现，其特点与普通养老需求不同，具有较强的特殊性和复杂性。本文聚焦于智力障碍人士照护者，采用访谈方法对其进行调查、走访，了解照护者的基本情况，从经济层面、角色扮演层面及社会包容层面分析其养老需求和困境，寻找最符合这类特殊人群需求的养老服务，从不同维度引出对于智力障碍人士照护者未来养老模式的展望。
With the intensification of the aging trend of the population, the problem of old-age care is becoming increasingly prominent. In recent years, the number of people with intellectual disabilities in China has been increasing, and this group has always been a group that needs special attention, and their caregivers bear the responsibility of lifelong supervision and care. As caregivers enter the aging population, their old-age needs are gradually emerging, which are different from ordinary old-age needs and have strong particularity and complexity. This paper focuses on the caregivers of people with intellectual disabilities, surveys and interviews them by interview methods, understands the basic situation of caregivers, analyzes their elderly care needs and dilemmas from the economic level, role-playing level and social inclusion level, and finds the elderly care services that best meet the needs of this special population, and draws out the prospects for the future elderly care model of caregivers of people with intellectual disabilities from different dimensions.
