公园城市视角下城市遗产活化设计研究——以济南市老城区为例
Study on Urban Heritage Revitalization Design from the Perspective of Park City—Taking Jinan Old Town as an Example

城市遗产曾作为城市中最具活力与生气的组成部分，见证了城市随时代更替的发展。在物质资源较为丰富的今天，城市遗产不应只局限于作为见证历史与文化演变的旁观者，还应被赋予新的时代价值。“遗产活化”可通俗地解释为通过外在的现象或者形态使历史、遗产处于与人的行为产生关联的活化状态。城市遗产在城市文化发展中起着不可替代的作用，“遗产活化”在增加历史文化底蕴方向为“公园城市”发展提供了切入点。本文通过分析济南市遗产资源现状，针对济南市老城区遗产活化所面临的问题，分别在城市游线、周边联系、遗产保护和活化导向四个方面对济南公园城市发展提出了将遗产活化作为城市更新触媒的设计策略，以期为全国公园城市发展提供指导性意见。
Urban heritage was once the most vibrant and dynamic part of the city, witnessing the development of the city over time. Nowadays, with the richness of material resources, urban heritage should not be limited to being a bystander witnessing the evolution of history and culture, but should also be endowed with new values of the times. The term “heritage revitalization” can be loosely interpreted as the revitalization of history and heritage by means of external phenomena or forms that are associated with human behavior. Urban heritage plays an irreplaceable role in the development of urban culture, and “heritage revitalization” provides an entry point for the development of “park city” in the direction of increasing historical and cultural heritage. This paper analyzes the current situation of heritage resources in Jinan, and addresses the problems of heritage revitalization in the old urban area of Jinan, and proposes a design strategy of heritage revitalization as a catalyst for urban renewal in the four aspects of urban tourism, peripheral links, heritage protection and revitalization orientation, with a view to providing guiding opinions for the development of park cities nationwide.
