符号学作为一门研究符号及其在人类生活中作用的学科，早已深刻影响了诸多学科领域，从语言学到社会学，再到艺术和设计。在现代设计实践中，特别是家具设计领域，符号学的运用逐渐成为探索和表达深层意义的重要工具。本文旨在探讨符号学在家具设计中的应用，从理论框架到实际案例的分析，深入剖析符号如何通过家具设计被诠释、传播和重新构想，从而呈现出家具设计多样化和复杂性。在符号学的视角下，我们能够深入探讨现代家具设计如何通过形式、材料和构图传递特定的文化价值观和意义，以及在不同文化背景下的多重解读与反应。
As a study of symbols and their role in human life, semiotics has already deeply influenced many disciplines, from linguistics to sociology to art and design. In the modern design practice, especially in the field of furniture design, the application of semiotics has gradually become an important tool to explore and express the deep meaning. This paper aims to discuss the application of semiotics in furniture design, from the theoretical framework to the practical case analysis of symbols, and deeply analyze how symbols are interpreted, disseminated and reconceived through furniture design, so as to present the diversity and complexity of furniture design. From the perspective of semiotics, we can deeply explore how modern furniture design conveys specific cultural values and meanings through form, materials and composition, as well as multiple interpretations and reactions in different cultural backgrounds.
