慢性心力衰竭合并老年肌少症患者出院准备度与运动康复依从性的相关性分析

Abstract:
目的：本研究旨在探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)合并老年肌少症患者出院准备度与运动康复依从性的相关性，为患者出院后的依从性提供参考依据。方法：采用便利抽样法选取2024年2月至2024年7月贵阳市3所三级甲等医院中符合纳入/排除标准的280例慢性心力衰竭合并老年肌少症的患者作为研究对象，采用自制的患者一般情况调查表、运动康复依从性量表、出院准备度量表进行调查，分析了慢性心力衰竭合并肌少症患者出院准备度与运动康复依从性的相关性程度。结果：280例患者出院前准备得分平均为(58.06 ± 4.77)，运动康复依从性得分平均为(42.49 ± 7.12)，患者出院准备度水平与运动康复依从性呈正相关(r = 0.694, P < 0.01)。结论：慢性心力衰竭合并老年肌少症患者出院准备度与运动康复依从性呈正相关，护理人员可以通过提高患者的出院准备度从而提高运动康复依从性。
Objective: The objective of this research is to examine the correlation between readiness for discharge and the completion of exercise rehabilitation in elderly patients with Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) and sarcopenia and provide a reference basis for patient’s compliance after discharge. Methods: A total of 280 elderly patients with chronic heart failure and sarcopenia who met the inclusion/exclusion criteria in three tertiary-level A hospitals in Guiyang from February 2024 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects using a convenience sampling method. A self-made survey questionnaire on the general situation of patients, a compliance scale for exercise rehabilitation, and an outpatient readiness scale were used to conduct surveys, and the degree of correlation between the readiness for discharge and completion of exercise rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure and sarcopenia was analyzed. Results: The average score of 280 patients before discharge was (58.06 ± 4.77), and the average score of completion of exercise rehabilitation was (42.49 ± 7.12). There is a positive correlation between the patient’s level of readiness for discharge and completion of exercise rehabilitation (r = 0.694, P < 0.01). Conclusion: Elderly patients with chronic heart failure and sarcopenia were positively associated with the completion of exercise rehabilitation. Caregivers were able to improve completion of exercise rehabilitation by improving patient’s readiness of discharge.
