Abstract:

目的:探究冲击波联用洛索洛芬钠凝胶对肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法:60名肱骨外上髁炎患者分为冲击波联合洛索洛芬钠凝胶贴膏治疗组及单纯冲击波治疗组(ESW组),分析患者治疗前、治疗后即刻、治疗后2周的VAS评分、Verhaar疗效评分,以此评估疗效。结果:两组患者在治疗后即刻、治疗后2周的VAS评分均低于治疗前(P < 0.05),且联合组在治疗后2周的改善程度优于单纯ESW组(P < 0.05)。结论:冲击波对肱骨外上髁炎有良好的疗效,且冲击波联合洛索洛芬钠凝胶贴膏有更明显的疼痛缓解效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of shock wave combined with loxoprofen sodium gel on external humeral epicondylitis. Methods: 60 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were divided into shock wave combined with loxoprofen sodium gel and paste group and ESW group. VAS scores and Verhaar efficacy scores were analyzed before treatment, immediately after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment to evaluate the efficacy. Results: The VAS scores of both groups immediately after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were lower than before treatment (P < 0.05), and the improvement degree of combination group was better than that of ESW group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Shock wave has a good effect on external humeral epicondylitis, and shock wave combined with loxoprofen sodium gel paste has a more obvious pain relief effect.
