从中医脾胃角度论治小儿反复呼吸道感染

Abstract:
近年小儿反复呼吸道感染发病率逐年升高，因其病情反复的特点，属于儿科常见病、难治病之一。该文从小儿反复呼吸道感染的发病机制、辨证论治及外治法等方面，阐述从脾胃论治本病的思路，以固护脾胃运化水谷阳气为主，减轻患儿病情，减少患儿发病次数，提高患儿生活质量。
In recent years, the incidence of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children has increased year by year, because of its repeated characteristics. It is one of the common diseases in pediatrics and difficult to treat. In this paper, from the aspects of pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and external treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children, the idea of treating the disease from the spleen and stomach was expounded, and the main purpose was to strengthen the spleen and stomach and transfer Shuiguyang, reduce the disease of children, reduce the incidence of children, and improve the quality of life of children.
