从脾肾论治再发性尿路感染
Treatment of Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections from the Perspective of Spleen and Kidney

再发性尿路感染是指尿路感染6个月内发作≥2次，或1年内发作≥3次。根据尿路感染的临床表现，一般认为其相当于中医“淋证”范畴。本文以再发性尿路感染具有疗效差、反复发作、迁延不愈，病程相对较长的特点现状，总结长期临床实践《医学衷中参西录》和《张氏医通·淋》的心得体会，探讨从脾肾论治再发性尿路感染，以期为中医临床治疗该病开拓新的思路和方向。
Recurrent urinary tract infections are defined as urinary tract infections that occur ≥ 2 times within 6 months or ≥3 times within 1 year. According to the clinical manifestations of urinary tract infection, it is generally considered to be equivalent to the category of “gonorrhea syndrome” in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the status quo of recurrent urinary tract infection with poor curative effect, repeated attacks, prolonged treatment and relatively long course of disease, this paper summarizes the experience of long-term clinical practice of “Medicine Zhongshenxilu” and “Zhang’s Medicine Tong·Lin”, and discusses the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection from the spleen and kidney, in order to open up new ideas and directions for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
